An Evening with Romeo Dallaire2008 - Sold Out
Keynote Speaker:
Romeo Dallaire, retired Lt. General of the Canadian army, tasked to lead
an impossible United Nations mission during the Rwandan Genocide, author
of the book “Shake Hands with the Devil.” Now an acting senator in
the Canadian government a5d world-renowned speaker.
Purpose:
● To raise
awareness about the issues surrounding conflict and impacts on children
and youth, both abroad and at home.
● To raise funds in support of local refugee support and settlement services in Edmonton, and to fund grassroots community partnering between Edmonton and communities in Zambia, southern Africa.
